The LSS Green Belt course develops participants’ ability to apply the most commonly used problem-solving methods. A partial list of tools covered includes: Value Stream Mapping, Little’s Law, Process Control and Capability, Kaizen, WIP Cap, 5S, Process Flow Improvement, Setup Reduction, Process Balancing and Hypothesis Testing.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification is a 2-week training program. Attend a 1-week training session each month for two months.
